The role, day to day
- Build LLM-powered features: retrieval, agents, copilots and beyond.
- Design evaluation sets and guardrails so quality holds on the long tail.
- Ship recommendation, vision or forecasting models to production.
- Own the MLOps lifecycle: training, deployment and monitoring.
- Partner with product to find where AI genuinely adds value.
You'll be a great fit if
- 4+ years in ML/AI engineering, with production deployments.
- Strong Python and experience with LLM APIs or frameworks (LangChain, etc.).
- A solid grasp of evaluation, retrieval and prompt engineering.
- Experience with vector stores and MLOps tooling.
- Pragmatic — you optimise for user value, not model novelty.
Nice to have
- PyTorch or model fine-tuning experience.
- Published work or open-source contributions in ML.
